RETURN POLICY

How to Start the Return Process

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 30 days after receipt of the return. Return costs are at your own expense in this case. 

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: fill in the return form
Download the return form here and fill it in completely. 

Step 2: send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the parcel with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back into your bank account within five working days.

Conditions:

  • same condition as received: unused and in its original packaging.
  • thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

Damage Due to Personal Use

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.
Any damage that is not a result of a manufacturing defect is not covered under our return policy.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear and lingerie.

Refund

Procedure:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming:

  • approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. If the issue persists, contact us at support@maireadorla-cork.com

Return Costs

  • are the responsibility of the customer.
  • recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, due to our automated processing system.
